I agree "When pastors find themselves in churches that do not have multiple leaders, developing leaders should be one of the first priorities". When there is a lack of Leadership teams in a church, I believe Pastors are at higher risk of "burn out" and the gifts of the people with in the church are not used as God intended.Kandy Southworthnoreply@blogger.com
